1. Scope
These terms apply to the dougu.dev website and the software and services provided by Dougu (operated by Shoichi Ishida). By using the site or any app, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
- loopeek — Mac / Windows video preview and conversion tool
- AV Toolkit — iOS / Android field-diagnostics app
- Watchdog — Free, open-source Windows monitoring and restart tool

3. Licenses
Where a product has paid features, the license terms shown on that product apply.
- loopeek: One-time $19 license. One license activates on up to 2 devices. Not a subscription.
- AV Toolkit: Core features are free. Some features are optional Pro purchases (subject to each store’s billing terms).
- Watchdog: Free to use.
You may not share, resell, or tamper with license keys, or bypass license checks. For refunds on one-time licenses, contact support@dougu.dev. See also the Commerce Disclosure.
4. Free and trial scope
What is free and what is covered by a trial follows each product page. For loopeek, playback and metadata are free forever. Conversion, image-sequence export, and additional tabs (2nd+) are fully unlocked for 7 days from first launch, then require a license.
5. Prohibited uses
- Anything that violates applicable law
- Reverse engineering, modification, unauthorized copying, or bypassing license checks
- Interfering with the service or other users, or placing unreasonable load on systems
- Infringing Dougu’s or a third party’s rights
6. Intellectual property
Rights in dougu.dev and each app — software, names, design, and documentation — belong to Dougu (or the rightful owner). A license is a permission to use, not a transfer of ownership. Where code is published as open source, that license takes precedence for those parts.
7. Disclaimer
The apps are provided “as is.” We do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from bugs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use. Please verify behavior in your own environment before production use.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute.
10. Changes
We may update these terms when needed. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page. Continued use of the site or apps after a change means you accept the revised terms.
