AV Toolkit — Beta testers wantedAndroid
OSC / Art-Net receive check, LAN scanning and test-signal output.
Help us test AV Toolkit, a field-diagnostics tool for lighting, audio and video crews, before its public release. The app is available in English and Japanese.
How to join (2 steps)
Step ① works right now (this pre-registers you). Step ② unlocks after review approval (under review — opening shortly). Once you're in the group, you'll be able to install from Step ② as soon as it's approved.
Trouble joining? You can also email support@dougu.dev.
What we ask of testers
- Join the tester group in Step ① → tap "Become a tester" in Step ② → install from Google Play
- Try it out and keep it installed for about 2 weeks (don't uninstall)
- If you hit a bug or have feedback, drop a line to support@dougu.dev (optional)
Google requires "enough testers opted in for 14 continuous days" before an app can go public. Just leaving it installed is a big help.
Requirements
- An Android device (phone or tablet)
- A Google account (Gmail)
- Free of charge. Some in-app features are paid, but no purchase is needed for testing
FAQ
- Do you collect personal data?
- No. AV Toolkit does not collect or transmit user data. All you need is a Google account (for the group and Play tester registration).
- Does it cost anything?
- No. Testing is free and you don't need to buy the in-app Pro upgrade.
- Can I join on iPhone?
- This closed test is Android-only. An iOS build will be offered separately via TestFlight.
- What if I want to stop?
- You can uninstall or leave the test at any time. Nothing is mandatory.
Thanks for helping out. Questions? support@dougu.dev.
